You can delete your Bleed account in the game or with this form. Either way, it's erased within 30 days and nothing is deleted until you confirm.

In the game

  1. Open Profile from the tab bar.
  2. Tap Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You don't need an email for this route.

How it dries

  1. Today
    We email you a confirmation link. Nothing changes until you open it and confirm. The link expires after 7 days.
  2. After you confirm
    We check your deletion code against the account, then carry out the request. Deleting the account signs you out on every device and removes you from leagues and leaderboards.
  3. Within 30 days
    What you chose is erased from our live systems.
  4. Within 35 more days
    It rolls out of our backups. We keep only purchase receipts, for 7 years because tax law requires it, and a record of your request, for about 4 months, to show it was carried out.
